Hiring: Salesforce Agentforce Developer

Experience: 5–10+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Design and configure Agentforce agents, topics, actions, instructions, and guardrails.
• Develop automation using Salesforce Flow, Apex, and SOQL.
• Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce CRM, Knowledge, Data Cloud, APIs, and external systems.
• Design agent workflows, escalation paths, and human handoff processes.
• Implement prompt engineering, AI grounding, and responsible AI practices.
• Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance.
• Perform unit, integration, UAT, and performance testing.
• Support deployment, production monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Prepare technical documentation and knowledge-transfer materials.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–10+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce / Salesforce AI.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, configuration, and customization.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow, Apex, and SOQL.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, AI grounding, RAG, and AI guardrails.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
