We’re looking for a Salesforce Agentforce Developer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce and Data 360. You’ll work on autonomous workflows, intelligent data integration, and secure, scalable AI solutions that drive real business value.

What will you do?

● Agent Development & Workflows: Build AI agents, subagents, and autonomous workflows using Agentforce Builder, Agent Script, and custom Actions with human-in-the-loop controls.

● Integration & Grounding: Integrate external systems via Apex, Flow, REST APIs, and MuleSoft; ground agents using Data 360, Prompt Builder, and RAG.

● Testing, Security & DevOps: Automate testing via Agentforce Testing Center and CI/CD; enforce Salesforce security, Einstein Trust Layer, and DevOps practices using Agentforce DX.

Reqiurements:

● Hands-on development with Salesforce Agentforce (Builder, Agent Script, Actions) and core platform tech (Apex, SOQL, Flow, LWC, APIs).

● Strong understanding of agentic AI & LLMs (prompt engineering, function calling, RAG, multi-agent orchestration, context engineering).

● Experience with Data 360, enterprise knowledge grounding, REST API integrations, and CI/CD/testing pipelines. Preferred Qualifications

● Certifications: Agentforce Specialist, Platform Developer I/II.

● Experience with MuleSoft, Model Context Protocol (MCP), LLM evaluation frameworks, or regulated industries (e.g., healthcare/pharma).

● Proficiency with RAG pipeline architecture & engineering (vector databases, semantic search, embedding models, chunking strategies, data ingestion, and retrieval optimization).

● Experience with Snowflake Data Cloud (Cortex AI, Snowpark, Data Sharing, data modeling, and integrating Snowflake with Salesforce Data 360).
