Gather and refine business requirements; create user stories & acceptance criteria
Support Salesforce developers during sprints and backlog grooming
Perform functional testing and support QA/UAT
Work across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud/Pardot & Experience Cloud
Recommend Salesforce-driven process improvements
Required Skills:
5+ years of Salesforce functional/business analysis experience
Strong knowledge of Sales, Service, Marketing & Experience Clouds
Salesforce Administrator Certification (mandatory)
Agile delivery experience (Jira / Azure DevOps)
Excellent communication & analytical skills
