Salesforce Application Developer

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Application Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce configuration, customization, integrations, and automation.

Working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce/AI capabilities will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and declarative tools.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Work with Salesforce Data Cloud for unified customer data, data integration, and customer insights.
• Apply knowledge of Agentforce and AI-driven Salesforce capabilities to enhance business processes.
• Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot application issues and identify root causes.
• Follow Salesforce coding standards, security guidelines, and development best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, business stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

Educational Qualification

• Engineering Degree / Master's in Engineering / MCA
• Minimum 16 years of formal education is required

Important Note

Candidates should have strong hands-on Salesforce development experience, particularly in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, configuration, customization, security, automation, and integrations.

Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce/AI capabilities will be an added advantage.

Work Location

Bangalore
Hybrid – 3 to 5 days/week from office

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
