Salesforce Applications Solutions Architect

For our client, we are seeking a Salesforce Applications Solutions Architect to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will shape the architecture behind key sales and customer experience capabilities, ensuring the platform can support scalable, efficient business processes.

You will partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate complex needs into practical technical solutions that improve execution and support long-term growth.

A strong focus of the position will be guiding platform design, integration strategy, and modernization efforts across the customer systems landscape.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Translate complex sales processes into scalable Salesforce architectures
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive project outcomes
• Design and document data models and integration patterns for Salesforce
• Lead the migration initiative from a legacy customer experience platform to Salesforce
• Define and prioritize customer experience solutions based on stakeholder input

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce solution design and implementation
• Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce core products
• Proficient in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flow
• Experience with API-based integrations and middleware, including MuleSoft and Oracle SOA
• Ability to conduct impact analysis and manage technical debt
