Job Description
Responsible for designing and supporting Salesforce solutions, leading technical teams, and ensuring successful system development and delivery. Work with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, manage resources, and support release and configuration activities.
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of Salesforce experience as a Salesforce Systems Analyst or similar role.
- 5+ years of experience with Informatica or similar ETL tools, including analysis, design, and testing.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead or Systems Analyst.
- Experience managing multiple developers/resources.
- Strong Systems Analysis and Design and SDLC knowledge.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and training.
- Knowledge of Source Code Control, Release Management, and Configuration Management.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in cross-functional teams.
- Strong decisiveness, customer service, quality orientation, stress tolerance, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
