Role Description Job Title : Salesforce Architect Job Location : Job Summary Seeking an experienced Associate Principal with 12 to 15 years of expertise in Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud within the Salesforce Industry Cloud family to lead and deliver innovative solutions

Job Description Utilize extensive knowledge of Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud to design develop and implement scalable solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications Leverage industry cloud expertise to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance customer engagement Ensure adherence to best practices and Salesforce platform standards throughout the development lifecycle Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud features and enhancements to drive continuous improvement Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to foster skill growth and knowledge sharing Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to highlevel design decisions Work closely with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals and objectives

Roles And Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of complex Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud implementations

Act as a technical authority and consultant for Salesforce Industry Cloud projects

Mentor and support developers and testers ensuring highquality code and effective problem resolution

Oversee development activities including code reviews design validation and integration strategies

Manage escalated technical issues and provide expert solutions

Collaborate with clients and onsite teams to define solution approaches and project roadmaps

Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud capabilities for business advantage

Ensure compliance with organizational standards and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team

Other Details Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
