SALESFORCE ARCHITECT / DEVELOPER

Business Advisory Solutions Group (BASG) is seeking experienced Salesforce Architects and Developers to design, build, and enhance Salesforce solutions that support business goals and improve operational performance.

We welcome professionals with strong architecture expertise, hands-on development skills, or a combination of both.

The positions will be based in North Carolina and residence near a major NC city will be essential to success. These roles are currently under development and should be released for submittal in November or early December.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure Salesforce solutions.
• Design and develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow.
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications through APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
• Support data modeling, migration, security, and platform performance.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and support testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, administrators, and technology teams.

For Architect Roles

• Define solution architecture, technical standards, and implementation roadmaps.
• Guide decisions across configuration, custom development, integrations, and data architecture.
• Evaluate technical tradeoffs and establish approaches that support maintainability and growth.
• Provide technical leadership, design reviews, and guidance to development teams.

For Developer Roles

• Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and automated processes.
• Develop integrations and reusable components.
• Write effective unit tests, participate in code reviews, and resolve defects.
• Support version control, release management, and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering Salesforce implementations or significant platform enhancements.
• Demonstrated Salesforce architecture and/or development expertise.
• Understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, governor limits, and development best practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across business and technology teams.

Preferred Experience

• Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer or Application, System, or Technical Architect credentials.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or industry-specific Salesforce solutions.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft or other integration platforms.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise environments.
