Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to work with us on a freelance/contract basis across Salesforce implementation, customization, integration, and optimization projects.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand business requirements, design scalable Salesforce solutions, guide development teams, and work directly with clients/stakeholders when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business and technical requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Design scalable and secure Salesforce architecture based on project requirements.
• Define Salesforce data models, security models, integration architecture, and application design.
• Provide technical guidance to Salesforce developers, administrators, and implementation teams.
• Review existing Salesforce environments and recommend improvements.
• Design and oversee Salesforce customizations using Apex, Lightning/LWC, Flows, APIs, and other Salesforce capabilities.
• Design integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or integration platforms.
• Support Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other relevant Salesforce products.
• Conduct technical assessments, solutioning, estimation, and feasibility analysis.
• Review technical designs, code, configurations, and overall solution quality.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and architectural issues.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, security standards, scalability, and performance requirements.
• Participate in client meetings, requirement discussions, solution presentations, and technical workshops when required.
• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, solution designs, and implementation guidelines.
• Provide technical support during deployment, migration, testing, and production go-live.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of Salesforce experience, with significant experience in Salesforce architecture/design.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Salesforce Flows
• SOQL/SOSL
• REST/SOAP APIs
• Salesforce security and sharing
• Data migration
• Salesforce integrations
• Deployment and release management
• Experience designing enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data, integration, security, and automation architecture.
• Experience working with multiple Salesforce clouds is preferred.
• Good understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Git, and Salesforce deployment tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good client communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Freelance Engagement

• Engagement: Freelance / Contract
• Work Mode: Remote
• Duration: Project-based / Contract / Part-time or Full-time
• Working Hours: Flexible, with overlap with client time zones as required
• Availability: Immediate or short notice preferred
• Candidates should be comfortable working independently and joining client calls when required.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who can operate as a hands-on technical architect, not only provide high-level architecture recommendations. The consultant should be capable of taking requirements from discovery through solution design, implementation guidance, testing, deployment, and production support.

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
