We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Architect / Solution Architect to drive delivery excellence, client-facing solutioning, and technical leadership across projects. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation lifecycle (planning, execution, delivery) - Drive Delivery Management with hands-on technical involvement - Act as client-facing SPOC for solutioning, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management - Conduct technical design reviews and ensure best practices - Manage escalations, negotiations, and client discussions - Lead pre-sales activities including proposals and solution architecture - Oversee code quality, CI/CD, and deployment governance Availability Work Commitment: - Strong ownership and accountability towards delivery - Flexible for extended hours and critical project phases - 24 7 availability for business-critical situations - Ability to handle high-pressure escalations and deadlines Required Skills Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem - Strong Salesforce architecture expertise - Experience in pre-sales, client handling, and solutioning - Strong communication, negotiation escalation handling skills - Ability to independently lead client conversations - Experience in mid-sized organizations preferred Additional Points: - Role will transition into Delivery Leadership - Strong ownership and independent leadership mindset - Ability to influence decision-making at client level - No compromise on quality standards - Hybrid work model can be considered
