Job Description:

Experienced Salesforce Architect with Certinia to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and leadership to translate business requirements into technical architecture and ensure best practices across implementations, including marketing automation.

Must have skills:

• Sales cloud
• CPQ/RCA
• Certinia or any other PSA tool
• Enterprise architecture
• CXO level interactions

Key Skills & Experience

• Define end-to-end architecture for Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and marketing automation platforms
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Design scalable data models, integrations, and security frameworks
• Architect and implement marketing automation solutions using Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement)
• Align marketing and sales processes, including lead lifecycle, scoring, grading, and campaign management
• Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce CRM and Pardot
• Lead solution design, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks
• Manage integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools
• Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and performance optimization
• Support DevOps processes including CI/CD, version control, and release management
• Stay updated with new Salesforce and Pardot features and roadmap Nice to Have
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., PD1, Platform Developer II , Consultant,Architect)
• Experience with billing systems and financial integrations, Pardot Specialist / Consultant (nice to have)
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft)
• Experience in large-scale enterprise transformation programs

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
