Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize sales processes using Salesforce tools.
• Develop and maintain complex integrations between Salesforce and other systems, leveraging expertise in SAP and technical architecture.
• Provide guidance on data modeling, workflow automation, and reporting strategies to ensure efficient use of Salesforce capabilities.
• Participate in project planning activities such as estimating effort, developing work breakdown structures (WBS), creating project schedules.
