Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to partner with business owners, end users, stakeholders, and technical teams to evaluate existing Salesforce processes and identify opportunities to improve user experience, workflows, reporting, dashboards, and access to actionable business information.

The BSA will translate business needs into well-defined functional requirements and user stories while partnering closely with Salesforce development teams throughout solution design, implementation, testing, and validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business owners, end users, and stakeholders to understand current Salesforce usage, processes, requirements, and pain points.
• Document current-state processes, workflows, reporting usage, data requirements, and business challenges.
• Identify opportunities to simplify business processes and improve the overall Salesforce user experience.
• Recommend improvements to Salesforce page layouts, workflows, dashboards, reports, and information presentation.
• Develop process flows, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, and mockups.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional, system, data, and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers and technical teams during solution design and implementation.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and validation of completed enhancements.
• Analyze reporting, dashboard, and data requirements to improve access to actionable information.
• Create and maintain comprehensive business and system documentation.
• Facilitate discussions between business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Experience supporting Salesforce environments.
• Experience with CRM Analytics.
• Strong requirements-gathering and business-process analysis capabilities.
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, process flows, wireframes, and mockups.
• Experience analyzing reporting, dashboards, and data requirements.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Experience supporting UAT and implementation activities.
• Ability to effectively bridge communication between business users and technical/development teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
