Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Backend Developer

Role Description

We are looking for an Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Backend Develope r to develop and support backend functionality, integrations, and business processes within Salesforce Commerce Cloud. The ideal candidate should have experience with SFCC scripting, APIs, and third-party system integrations

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SFCC backend functionality and customizations.
• Build and support integrations with external systems and third-party applications.
• Configure and manage catalogs, promotions, inventory, and price books.
• Support order management processes and scheduled jobs.
• Troubleshoot production issues and system defects.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and maintenance activities.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver ecommerce enhancements.

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) development experience.
• 5+ years of overall software engineering or backend development experience preferred.
• Experience with: SFCC Script, Controllers, Custom Objects, Business Manager, OCAPI, Rest APIs
• Experience with system integrations and ecommerce platforms.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
• Experience using Git, JIRA, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with SOAP services.
• Experience integrating payment gateways, ERP, OMS, or CRM platforms.
• SFCC Developer Certification.
• Experience with SFCC jobs and service framework.
