Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Intern/Trainee who is eager to build a career in eCommerce development and digital commerce solutions. This role offers hands-on exposure to Salesforce Commerce Cloud, one of the world's leading eCommerce platforms, through training, mentorship, and real project experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) websites and applications.
• Support senior developers in configuring and customizing SFCC functionalities.
• Learn and apply SFCC concepts such as:
• Storefront development
• Catalog management
• Promotions and campaigns
• Customer and order management
• Site preferences and configurations
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues and bugs.
• Support testing activities, including functional and regression testing.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of web development concepts, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), REST APIs, Git, and SQL.
• Exposure to ReactJS, Node.js, Salesforce technologies, eCommerce platforms, Agile methodologies, JSON, or XML is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to receive feedback and continuously improve.
