Salesforce Commerce Cloud Support Engineer | PAN India

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, support, and enhance Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) applications.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve platform and application issues.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Configure and manage SFCC Business Manager components.
• Develop and maintain front-end features using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and XML.
• Integrate SFCC applications with external systems through REST APIs.
• Support checkout flows, payment gateway integrations, and tax integrations.
• Participate in data migration and data-loading activities.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and support to development teams.
• Contribute to solution design, estimation, planning, and continuous platform improvements.
• Collaborate effectively across cross-functional and global teams.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
• Experience in SFCC implementation, customization, and support.
• Deep understanding of SFCC Business Manager and e-commerce workflows.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and XML.
• Experience with REST API integrations.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and web technologies.
• Knowledge of Java/J2EE concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Good to Have

• Retail or e-commerce domain experience.
• Experience working in global delivery models.
• Knowledge of payment gateway and tax integrations.
• Exposure to Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Familiarity with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Metadata, and Data Loader.
