Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
• Configure Salesforce solutions to improve sales, customer service, marketing, and business operations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical or functional solutions.
• Develop and maintain custom applications, integrations, workflows, and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver effective Salesforce solutions.
• Support Salesforce implementations, system enhancements, data migrations, and platform integrations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize system performance, and ensure data quality.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and implementation reports.
• Follow Salesforce development best practices, security standards, and data governance requirements.
• Explore opportunities to leverage AI and automation capabilities to improve business efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Salesforce development, consulting, administration, architecture, or implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM capabilities and at least one relevant Salesforce cloud or platform.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, integrations, and business process automation.
• Familiarity with APIs, data migration, system testing, and deployment processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications are an advantage.
