Identity Management Role Descriptions: Their duties and responsibilities include Design| develop| and implement Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud (Billing) solutions Translate business requirements into scalable and well-architected Salesforce solutions Implement and configure Salesforce CPQ solutions Maintain and update CPQ applications to ensure optimal performance Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ functionality| including product rules| price rules| quote templates| and contract generation Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with other systems Provide end-user training and support to ensure seamless adoption of Salesforce CPQ Hands on knowledge of 3rd party applications that integrate with CPQ such as DocuSign and S-Docs. Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators related to CPQ Configure and customize CPQ features including o Product configurationo Pricing ruleso Product ruleso Quote templates and approvals Develop custom functionality using o Apex (Triggers| Classes)o Lightning Web Components (LWC)o Integrate Salesforce with external systems using RESTSOAP APIs Work on end-to-end Quote-to-Cash lifecycle| including contract and billing processes Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products Architect| design| and develop advanced custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex programming Hands-on design and development of custom solutions on the Force.com platform including declarative customization| APEX| Visualforce| Lightning Components| data modeling| integration| and data migration Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions and articulate the benefits and risks to a solutions feasibility and functionality Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including design specifications| deployment guides| and system support guides Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce updates and features to provide guidance on best practices and new functionalities Perform unit testing| integration testing| and user acceptance testing (UAT). Create comprehensive documentation for configurations| processes| and user guides.Required Skills and Qualifications Technical Skills Strong knowledge of Salesforce features (Sales Cloud)| Revenue Cloud and capabilities. Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud Proficiency in Salesforce development tools Apex| Integration and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration tools Process Builder| Flow Builder| and Validation Rules. Experience with Salesforce integration (RESTSOAP APIs| Middleware). Certifications (preferred) Leads Salesforce Certified Developer III Salesforce Administrator and SalesService Cloud Consultant. Salesforce CPQRevenue Cloud Experience Leads 7 years of hands-on Salesforce RevenueCPQ implementation experience Experience with AgileScrum methodologies
