Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ Developer with 5–8 years of Salesforce development experience to design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, Salesforce CRM, integrations, and data migration. The candidate will work closely with project managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements, develop effective technical solutions, optimize CRM workflows, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and effective technical solutions.
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
• Work with project managers, stakeholders, and technical teams to understand business requirements.
• Optimize Salesforce CRM workflows and customer-facing interfaces.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Perform data migration, data loading, and data management activities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Participate in development, testing, deployment, and ongoing application support.
• Manage multiple tasks/projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Support ongoing Salesforce digital transformation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Apex
• Visualforce
• Lightning Components
• SOQL
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce CRM platform and customer-facing interfaces.
• Proficiency in:
• JavaScript
• HTML
• CSS
• Experience with Salesforce development tools such as:
• Visual Studio Code
• Maven / MavensMate
• Eclipse
• Strong understanding of database management.
• Experience with Salesforce data migration tools such as:
• Data Loader
• Import Wizard
• Good understanding of Salesforce integration techniques.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
• Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer
• Other relevant Salesforce certifications

Work & Location Requirements

• Remote work, but candidates must be based in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, or Hyderabad.
• Candidates must be available to collect company assets from the respective office when required.
• Candidates should be available for office meetings / business meetings whenever required.
• Must be comfortable working 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST, including approximately 2 hours of overlap with US teams.
