Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Quote-to-Cash (QTC) solutions using Salesforce CPQ and Agentforce Revenue Management
• Configure CPQ (products, pricing, discounts, approvals, quote templates)
• Manage revenue lifecycle (orders, contracts, subscriptions)
• Integrate Salesforce with ERP, Billing, and external systems
• Develop using Apex, LWC, and follow best practices
• Work with stakeholders, support UAT, and handle deployments

Required Skills

• Strong Salesforce CPQ expertise (4+ years)
• Experience in Agentforce Revenue Management / Revenue Cloud
• Knowledge of pricing, billing, and subscription models
• Hands-on with Apex, integrations, and Salesforce development

Preferred

• Salesforce CPQ Certification
• Experience with Billing, MuleSoft, or ERP integrations

Soft Skills

• Good communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management
• Ability to work in agile teams and mentor others
