Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ Developer with 5–7 years of Salesforce development experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, Visualforce, and system integrations.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions, configuring CPQ functionality, supporting enterprise integrations, and troubleshooting production issues across complex Salesforce environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Visualforce.
• Design, configure, and support Salesforce CPQ functionality, including quotes, orders, product configuration, pricing rules, and related business workflows.
• Build and optimize automation using Salesforce Flows, Apex Triggers, Validation Rules, and Platform Events.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce CPQ and external enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and asynchronous processing.
• Manage source control, code versioning, and deployments using GitHub and related DevOps tools.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide ongoing production support.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and execution.
• Contribute to solution design, performance tuning, platform optimization, and maintainable application development.
• Support large-scale enterprise implementations and multi-instance Salesforce environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Strong proficiency in Apex Programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and Visualforce.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration, including product configuration, pricing rules, quotes, and orders.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience with GitHub or other source control tools.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and security model, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and managed packages.
• Experience with production support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Experience working in Agile and/or SAFe delivery environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English communication skills (C1 level).

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Platform Events and enterprise middleware platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps practices.
• Experience supporting large-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Familiarity with multi-instance Salesforce architecture and enterprise environments.
