Salesforce CPQ/EPC Developer (Salesforce Industries - Communications Cloud)

Responsibilities We are looking for Salesforce CPQ/EPC Developer (Salesforce Industries - Vlocity/Communications Cloud)

• Design, configure, and maintain Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC) within Salesforce Industries (Vlocity / Communications Cloud).
• Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ (product catalogs, pricing rules, discount schedules, bundles, quote templates)
• Build and maintain product configurations, price rules, and approval workflows
• Integrate CPQ with Salesforce CRM, Billing, and third-party systems (ERP, payment gateways, etc.)
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow
• Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues (pricing errors, quote generation, contract amendments)
• Collaborate with sales operations, finance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment across sandboxes/production
• Document technical designs, configurations, and processes
• Stay current with Salesforce CPQ releases and best practices

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ implementation experience
• Strong knowledge of CPQ objects (Product Rules, Price Rules, Quote Templates, Discount Schedules)
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce Flow
• Experience with Salesforce Billing/Revenue Cloud (preferred)
• Understanding of quote-to-cash processes
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with subscription-based/renewal pricing models
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP API integrations
• Agile/Scrum project experience
