Salesforce Data Analyst

The Salesforce Data Analyst bridges business operations and the data ecosystem, ensuring data integrity, building reports and dashboards, analyzing sales/revenue trends, and delivering actionable insights to business and executive teams.

What you'll do

• Manage data, report, and dashboard requests, ensuring SLA compliance and prioritizing operational issues.
• Perform data loads, auditing, cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Monitor data quality and implement validation processes to maintain data integrity.
• Build and maintain Salesforce Reports, Dashboards, and BI dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Translate business requirements into KPIs, reports, and analytical insights.
• Work with Salesforce Administrators and Developers on data schemas, integrations, migrations, and third-party applications.
• Identify process improvements across sales, marketing, and customer support using data.
• Support ad-hoc data and reporting requests from Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Executive teams.
• Document data definitions, SOPs, and data dictionaries, and support end-user training.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Revenue Operations Analyst, or Business Analyst with strong Salesforce experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Reports, standard/custom objects, SOQL/SOSL, Data Loader, and Workbench.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and VBA/macros.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to turn CRM data into actionable business insights.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator or Data Architecture & Management Designer certification.
• Experience with ETL, data warehouses, Salesforce Data Cloud/360, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum.
