Requirements

• Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist to unify customer data across multiple source systems, including CRM, QuickBooks, DMS, Twilio, and Salesforce.
• The role will focus on identity resolution, data harmonization, migration, integrations, and AI initiatives.
• Lead solution design for Salesforce Data Cloud as the central data harmonization and identity resolution layer.
• Define and implement matching, reconciliation, and survivorship rules to establish a unified customer identity.
• Conduct initial data audits across source systems and support early migration planning.
• Design the Data Cloud foundation, including ingestion connectors, Data Model Objects (DMOs), and identity resolution rulesets.
• Define integration architecture covering real-time and batch/near-real-time connectivity patterns.
• Provide architectural guidance across data migration, integrations, and Agentforce/AI use cases.
• Good communication skills.
• Salesforce Data Cloud certification with hands-on implementation experience.
• Proven hands-on experience in identity resolution and data harmonization using Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Strong understanding of data migration methodologies, including source analysis, mapping, transformation, validation, and cutover.
• Experience designing real-time and batch/near-real-time integration architectures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced delivery environment while maintaining data quality and accuracy.
• Experience with Litify or other Salesforce-based legal/case-management platforms.
• Exposure to Agentforce or other Salesforce AI-driven agent capabilities.
