Salesforce Data Cloud Developer

ReliSoft Technologies is looking for a Salesforce Data Cloud Developer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with hands-on exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud, Customer Data Platform (CDP), Customer 360, data integration, data modeling, identity resolution, segmentation, and SQL.

You will be responsible for developing and supporting scalable customer data solutions that enable unified customer profiles, customer intelligence, analytics, and AI-driven personalization.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and develop Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
• Design and implement data ingestion pipelines from CRM, ERP, marketing platforms, and external systems.
• Configure Data Streams, Data Mapping, and Data Models.
• Build unified customer profiles using Identity Resolution.
• Develop calculated insights and customer segmentation models.
• Support Customer 360 initiatives and AI-driven personalization.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud teams for audience activation.
• Develop integrations using APIs and ETL tools.
• Troubleshoot data integration and platform-related issues.
• Optimize platform performance and data architecture.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience or strong exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Customer Data Platform (CDP) concepts.
• Experience with:

• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with APIs, ETL tools, and data integration.
• Understanding of customer data management and analytics.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Data Cloud implementation experience.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration experience.
• Knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, or similar data platforms.
• Exposure to Tableau CRM / CRM Analytics.
• Understanding of AI, analytics, and customer insights.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
