The Opportunity

We're seeking a Data Developer to join our Salesforce practice in Poland. Our award-winning team specialises in Salesforce for regulated industries (Financial Services, Comms, Media and Technology and Energy and Utilities), bringing industry expertise, deep Salesforce knowledge, enterprise scale, and engineering capability to every project.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in data migration projects (system-to-system, legacy-to-cloud)
• Strong SQL skills and relational database knowledge
• Hands-on ETL/ELT pipeline development (Talend, Informatica, or similar)
• Experience with data mapping, cleansing, and validation
• Data integration via APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Ability to work with large data volumes and batch processing
• Capability to design and execute test/validation plans (dry runs, reconciliation, rollback)

Nice to Have

• Cloud platform experience
• Python or other scripting languages
• Data warehousing or data lake solutions
• Salesforce hands-on experience (Data Loader, Bulk API, SOQL)
• Data governance knowledge
• Salesforce certifications
