Salesforce Delivery Manager

TechOrbit Solutions is a leading enterprise technology consulting firm (SAP Gold Partner, OpenText Silver Partner, and Salesforce Partner). We're looking for a Salesforce Delivery Manager to Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations – discovery, design, build, integration, data migration, testing, go-live and hypercare – managing scope, schedule, budget and risk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner program: Own the plan to meet the FY’27 minimum program.
• Delivery: Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations – discovery, design, build, integration, data migration, testing, go-live and hypercare – managing scope, schedule, budget and risk.
• Practice setup & Growth : Set up TechOrbit’s Salesforce delivery method: estimation models, templates, quality gates; launch post-go-live managed services.
• Presales & growth: Support solutioning, estimates, SOWs and proposals; co-sell with Salesforce AEs; track partner-sourced leads to Stage 2; cross-sell into SAP and OpenText accounts.
• People: Hire, coach and lead consultants, developers and admins; run a certification plan with individual targets; manage utilisation with RMG.
• Compliance: Uphold partner ethics and anti-corruption rules; ensure written notice to Salesforce before any public-sector engagement

Requirements / Qualifications:

• 10–15 years in IT services delivery, including 6+ years on Salesforce; at least 3 end-to-end implementations managed at a Salesforce partner or SI.
• Hands-on in 2+ years of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform (Apex, LWC, Flow).
• Working knowledge of the Salesforce partner ecosystem i.e. Partner Community, Org ID registration, CSAT, co-selling.
• Fixed-price and T&M delivery experience; has led teams of 8+; strong client and leadership communication.
• Must hold 2+ current Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant). B.E./B.Tech or equivalent.
• Preferred experience building a practice or moving a partner up a tier
• PMP/PRINCE2/SAFe
