Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, integrations, and application design.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, automation, and Salesforce security, along with hands-on exposure to Agentforce, Salesforce AI, Generative AI, LLM concepts, and AI-assisted development.

The candidate will work closely with product, architecture, and business teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and asynchronous processes.
• Develop scalable and reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce pages.
• Write and optimize complex SOQL/SOSL queries while working within Salesforce Governor Limits.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware.
• Implement business process automation using Salesforce Flow and Apex.
• Configure and customize Custom Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Record Types, Page Layouts, and other Salesforce components.
• Design effective Salesforce data models and optimize application performance and scalability.
• Develop comprehensive unit tests and maintain high-quality, reusable code.
• Manage Salesforce deployments using Metadata API, packages, and CI/CD tools such as Gearset, Copado, or GitHub Actions.
• Follow Git/GitHub branching, pull request, and code review practices.
• Provide technical guidance on Salesforce architecture, scalability, integrations, and multi-org environments.
• Implement Salesforce security using Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Object/Field-Level Security.
• Work with Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Use GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development tools to improve development productivity.
• Contribute to Agentforce and Salesforce AI initiatives, including AI-driven workflows and intelligent automation.
• Apply understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, model behavior, and AI-assisted workflows to Salesforce solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, production support, troubleshooting, and release activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong hands-on expertise in Apex and LWC.

• Experience working with CI/CD and Git-based development practices.
• Exposure to Agentforce, Salesforce AI, Generative AI, or LLM-based solutions.
• Experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
