Salesforce Developer (APEX)

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in Salesforce Apex development and Application Management Services (AMS) support. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, maintaining, and supporting Salesforce applications while ensuring system stability, performance, and business continuity during night-shift operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
• Design, implement, and optimize Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, and asynchronous jobs.
• Provide AMS support, including incident management, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production support.
• Investigate and resolve Salesforce application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor application performance and ensure system reliability and availability.
• Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and other technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and deployment activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow Salesforce development best practices.
• Provide timely support and issue resolution during night-shift operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Salesforce Developer, particularly in Apex development.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform customization, Apex classes, triggers, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce integrations is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in AMS, application support, incident management, and production troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Salesforce APIs, deployment tools, and version control systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work on a night-shift schedule.
• Willingness to work On-Site.

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month
