Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions.
• Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instances.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to system configuration, customization, and operations.
• Utilize Salesforce Lightning, Platform Events, and LWC to enhance user experience and system performance.
• Ensure the quality and efficiency of the Salesforce solutions implemented.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficient in Salesforce Platform Events and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
