Salesforce Developer

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions that support business and customer-facing operations. The role will work closely with business analysts, Salesforce administrators, architects, QA teams, and other technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce applications and custom solutions.
• Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
• Build and enhance Salesforce integrations with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration technologies.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce automation using Flows, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
• Participate in requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce application issues and performance-related concerns.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Perform unit testing and support QA/UAT activities to ensure quality and reliability.
• Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, security guidelines, and deployment processes.
• Support continuous improvement, optimization, and enhancement of existing Salesforce solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

• Strong experience with:

  • Apex
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • SOQL/SOSL
  • Salesforce Flows
  • Apex Triggers and asynchronous Apex

• Experience developing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs.

• Knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.

• Experience with Salesforce deployment and development tools such as Salesforce CLI, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
