Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Configure Salesforce features including objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and security settings.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA engineers, and other development teams.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, security guidelines, and deployment processes.
- Contribute to technical documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
