Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of Salesforce developers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions using Salesforce platform.
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex Salesforce applications from initiation to delivery.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations.
Job Requirements :
- 8-11 years of experience in Salesforce development with expertise in Apex programming language.
- Proven track record as a Team Leader or similar role leading multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce integration with other systems through APIs or other means.
- Excellent team handling skills with ability to manage remote teams effectively.
