We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join the technology/operations team and support Salesforce solutions across business functions and geographies.

The role will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, integrating, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that support sales, marketing, and business operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and system integrations, along with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce solutions effectively support business growth and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities 1. Salesforce Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications and solutions.
• Develop custom functionality using Apex, Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex, and Queueable Apex as required.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Configure and customise Salesforce features based on business requirements.
• Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and design principles.

2. System Integration

• Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Work with APIs, web services, and integration frameworks to enable seamless data exchange.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data consistency across connected systems.
• Support integration architecture and technical solution design.

3. Business Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical guidance on Salesforce capabilities and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Balance standardised global solutions with business-specific or regional requirements where necessary.

4. Salesforce Platform Enhancement Support

• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications and functionality.
• Analyse production issues and provide timely technical resolutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, usability, and reliability.
• Support ongoing platform enhancements in line with evolving business requirements.

5. Solution Design Technical Governance

• Contribute to Salesforce solution architecture and technical design decisions.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Promote reuse of standard Salesforce functionality wherever appropriate.
• Assess when standard solutions should be adopted and when customised solutions are justified.

6. Quality Deployment

• Develop unit tests and ensure adequate test coverage for Salesforce code.
• Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and defect resolution.
• Follow established deployment and release management processes.
• Maintain appropriate technical documentation for developed solutions.

Candidate Profile Education

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications would be an advantage.

Experience

• Strong experience as a Salesforce Developer with hands-on development experience.
• Proven expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in supporting and enhancing Salesforce platforms in complex business environments.
