Senior Salesforce Developer – Experience Cloud

Client: Arizona Department of Economic Security (AZDES) – DTS
Location: Phoenix, AZ – Hybrid (Local candidates only)
Work Arrangement: 4 Days Remote / 1 Day Onsite

AZDES is seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to architect, develop, and optimize enterprise Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions.

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce Developer experience required.
• Lead end-to-end architecture and development of Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) sites.
• Design solutions using Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) and Aura templates based on performance and SEO requirements.
• Develop advanced, reusable, high-performance Lightning Web Components (LWC) optimized for LWR.
• Design secure external-user solutions using External Identity, SSO, Account Relationship Data Sharing, and Apex Managed Sharing.
• Develop scalable solutions using Apex, asynchronous Apex, Headless Flows, and Salesforce automation.
• Implement Audience Targeting and Salesforce CMS for personalized digital experiences.
• Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud to provide unified customer profiles and 360-degree customer experiences.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with ERP, AWS, Marketing Cloud, and other external platforms.
• Configure and manage Named Credentials for secure external integrations.
• Define branching strategies and CI/CD pipelines for Experience Cloud metadata and deployments.
• Utilize modern Salesforce development tools including Salesforce CLI and SFDX.
• Perform code reviews and enforce Salesforce coding standards, scalability, security, and Governor Limit compliance.
• Design solutions capable of supporting high-volume external-user transactions.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical designs, solutions, and technical user stories.
• Partner with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and leadership throughout the development lifecycle.
• Present solution architecture and technical roadmaps to senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, code-review guidance, and Salesforce development best practices.
• Strong hands-on experience with Experience Cloud, LWR, LWC, Apex, Flows, APIs, security, integrations, and CI/CD preferred.
• Salesforce Experience Cloud expertise and deep LWR knowledge are highly preferred.
• Candidate must be local to Phoenix, AZ and available for the required hybrid schedule.

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
