Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce Development
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex
• Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Good experience in Aura Framework
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce customization and configuration
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs
• Salesforce integrations with external systems
• Experience with Salesforce Flows, Workflows, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, Reports
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and governor limits
• Experience in Salesforce application design, development, testing, and deployment
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills
• Ability to work with business stakeholders, BAs, and cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of Salesforce development best practices and coding standards

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions.
• Develop scalable applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, and related Salesforce technologies.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and designs.
• Customize Salesforce features based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Participate in requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform bug fixes, and optimize existing applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Follow Salesforce coding standards and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and platform capabilities.
