Salesforce Developer

• Lead complex Salesforce programs and manage diverse stakeholder environments.
• Provide strong consulting, problem-solving, and decision-making across Salesforce initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end technical delivery from solution design through deployment.
• Manage, coach, and mentor Salesforce developers and technical consultants.
• Own deployment strategies, release management, and delivery processes.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
• Drive technical solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Platform Architecture.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce governor limits, security standards, and data compliance requirements.
• Oversee secure integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Apex and LWC.
• 2+ years of experience managing or leading Salesforce development teams.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform Architecture, governor limits, and development best practices.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce security model, data compliance, and secure integrations.
• Experience with technical delivery, deployment strategy, and release management.
• Strong people management, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Strong consulting, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II certifications required.
