- Overall 3 Salesforce Certifications required
- Strong experience across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Hands-on experience working in Agile methodology (User Stories & Sprints)
- Experience with Sales Cloud
- Exposure to Agentforce or Einstein AI is mandatory
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Configuration, Customization, and Post-Go-Live/Hypercare Support
- Ability to independently deliver end-to-end Salesforce projects
- Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills
- Mandatory: Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) Certification
- Preferred Skills:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- SOQL/SOSL
- Flows
- Integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Deployment & Release Management
