Location: St. Louis MO (will be remote but must be in the St. Louis MO area)

Duration: 12-month contract (10/19/2026 – 10/18/2027)

The Role

As a Software Engineer, you'll use your technical expertise to solve business problems and serve as a subject matter expert in your area of focus, representing your team on complex assignments. You'll evaluate the effectiveness of technology through requirements gathering, testing, research, and investigation, then recommend improvements that increase quality and effectiveness. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions that meet their expectations.

You'll design, develop, and modify a range of technology solutions and apply advanced methods and techniques to support the ongoing technology vision and strategy. Day to day, you'll collaborate with Architects, recommend architectural adjustments to improve quality and integration, provide viable recommendations for new solutions, and monitor key performance metrics to ensure compliance with established standards, processes, and procedures.

Required Skills

• Salesforce Service Cloud: 2+ years

• Salesforce Sales Cloud: 2+ years

• API experience: 1+ year

• Lightning Web Component (LWC) development: 1+ year

• Apex: experience creating and testing

• Flows: hands-on implementation of both batch and screen flows

• Familiarity with ETL tools, including MuleSoft

• Creative, out-of-the-box thinker who can connect technical solutions to business needs

• Self-starter who can work independently and come back with options

Preferred Skills

• Omni-Channel and Screen Flows

• Pardot / Marketing Cloud: 1+ year

• Data analysis

• Experience with Files/Attachments in Salesforce, applying past experience to drive custom solutions
