Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Salesforce Developers to design, develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce solutions supporting business and operational processes. The role involves working closely with product, architecture, QA, and delivery teams to build scalable and reliable Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Apex, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Configure Salesforce using declarative tools and platform capabilities.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and code reviews.
• Support Salesforce deployments and release activities.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and other development teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and maintainability standards.
• Follow Salesforce development best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex.
• Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Git-based source control.
• Good understanding of Salesforce DX (SFDX).
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce development and deployment practices.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification is preferred.
