Salesforce Developer

Description On-site Every Other Week onsite / 5 days in Covington, KY

Our client seeks a Salesforce Developer to build and enhance CRM capabilities that support customer service and healthcare product experiences within Workplace Investing. The team leverages the Salesforce Platform to enable associate productivity, improve client acquisition and servicing, and strengthen retention through scalable, high-quality solutions.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. Rate: $55.00 to $60.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities

• Work within an agile team to build Salesforce.com solutions with an emphasis on reuse, speed to market, and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with business partners, architects, analysts, and engineers to design solutions.
• Provide recommendations on technical architecture, standards and practices, and the release process for Salesforce.com development.

Experience Requirements

• 5 or more years of development experience with 2 or more years focused on Salesforce.
• Expertise building Salesforce solutions using low code tools such as Flows and pro code including Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Clear written documentation of designs and contributions to formal reviews of architecture, design, and code.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Analytical, engineering, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn additional skills as required to meet business requirements.
• Ability to contribute across roles in an agile team, including analysis and quality testing as needed.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator certifications preferred.

Education Requirements Bachelor’s or post-primary degree in a technology-related field.
