About the Role

Our leading federal integrator partner is supporting an active government contract to implement and support a Salesforce participant engagement platform. This is an opportunity for a motivated, early-career Salesforce developer to contribute alongside an experienced team. The right candidate has real Apex and LWC development experience — not just Trailhead badges — and is ready to contribute to feature delivery from day one under the guidance of senior developers and architects. You will work on a platform that is actively growing its portal and UI capabilities, so front-end curiosity and initiative will go a long way. What You'll Do

• Develop Apex classes, triggers, and basic automation logic to support platform features under the guidance of senior developers.
• Build and maintain Lightning Web Components for participant-facing and internal interfaces.
• Support integration development including REST API callouts and data transformation logic.
• Write unit tests, perform sandbox testing, and support QA activities for feature delivery.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies, code reviews, and team discussions — contributing ideas and flagging blockers early.
• Document code and configurations following team standards.

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with real Apex and LWC skills — sandbox builds that go beyond coursework.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce governor limits, triggers, and declarative vs. programmatic decision-making.
• Basic LWC component development skills: data binding, event handling, and Apex controller integration.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred or actively in progress.
• Eagerness to learn, ability to take direction from senior developers, and a collaborative mindset.
• Must be onshore in the United States

Nice to Have

• Experience with REST API integrations in Salesforce.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Interest in or exposure to federal or health research technology programs.
