Salesforce Developer - Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Boomi & SQL/PLSQL (5-7+ Years Experience)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5-7+ years of IT experience in analysis, design, configuration, development, testing, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across the Salesforce platform, including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, SQL/PLSQL, REST/SOAP integrations, and Boomi, with hands-on experience in development, administration, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications.
• Build scalable solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and the Salesforce Lightning Framework.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) applications.
• Design secure, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions following Salesforce best practices.
• Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Boomi integration processes for data exchange between Salesforce, databases, payment systems, and external applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce, Aurus Payments, Boomi integrations, APIs, and database interfaces.
• Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Flows, and Platform Events.
• Develop and maintain SQL/PLSQL database code, including Views, Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, and complex SQL queries.
• Write efficient SOQL, SOSL, SQL, and PL/SQL queries for data retrieval, transformation, validation, and processing.
• Work with database views and stored procedures to support application and integration requirements.
• Optimize Salesforce and database performance by following Salesforce governor limits, Apex best practices, and SQL/PLSQL performance-tuning practices.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and deployments.

Required Skills

• 5-7+ years of IT experience with strong hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Flows, and Platform Events.
• *** Strong knowledge of Strong knowledge of SQL/PLSQL development.
• *** Hands-on experience creating and maintaining database Views and Stored Procedures.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP web services and API integrations.
• *******Hands-on experience with Dell Boomi platform.
• Strong understanding of data integration, transformation, and validation.
• Experience with SOQL and SOSL.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Certified Administrator

Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
