Salesforce Developer

• Develop, customize, and configure solutions on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud).

• Analyze business requirements and design scalable Salesforce-based solutions.

• Develop and maintain Salesforce features, including:

  • Standard and custom objects
  • Workflows, Process Builder, and Flow automation
  • Apex components (triggers, classes, and batch processes)
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems such as APIs, middleware platforms, SAP, and other enterprise applications.

• Perform system testing, including unit testing, and provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and perform bug fixes for CRM applications.

• Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation.

• Collaborate with business users, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.

• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize Salesforce functionality and user experience.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce development, administration, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform and CRM fundamentals.
• Proficient in Apex Programming, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Good understanding of Salesforce data models, including objects and relationships.
• Familiar with Salesforce security models, including profiles, roles, and sharing rules.
• Experienced in Workflow, Process Automation, and Salesforce Flow.
• Proven experience handling end-to-end project implementation, from requirement gathering to deployment and support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, particularly with IT, Sales, and business stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Platform Developer certification is an advantage.
• Placement in Head Office, Cideng, Tanah Abang area, Central Jakarta
