Role : Salesforce Developer ( Certinia PSA )

Location: REMOTE in India

Hours: 8-5pm US CT shift

Required Skills & Experience

-5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.

-Hands-on experience with Certinia PSA (formerly FinancialForce PSA)

-Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and managed packages.

-Experience designing and supporting integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and third-party applications.

-Proficiency with source control and DevOps tools including Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and/or automated deployments.

Job Description

Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on Certinia (FinancialForce) PSA. This role will be responsible for building custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce APIs while configuring and enhancing Certinia PSA functionality across projects, resource management, billing, time tracking, and related business processes. The ideal candidate will have experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems, managing CI/CD deployments using Azure DevOps and Git, and supporting data migration, automation, and large-scale multi-org environments. Success in this position requires strong collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and QA teams within Agile/SAFe methodologies, along with expertise in troubleshooting, code reviews, performance optimization, and production support.
