Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience building and customizing Salesforce applications, particularly within Financial Services Cloud (FSC). The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Collections-related business processes and integrating Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities to enable unified customer data and data-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development technologies.
• Implement and enhance solutions within Financial Services Cloud (FSC), supporting customer relationship management and financial services workflows.
• Develop and customize functionality related to Collections, including collection processes, customer account management, and delinquency-related workflows.
• Work with Salesforce Data Cloud to support data ingestion, data modeling, data harmonization, identity resolution, and unified customer profiles.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration mechanisms.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain automated processes using Salesforce Flow and other appropriate Salesforce automation tools.
• Write unit tests, troubleshoot defects, and ensure code quality, performance, security, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, deployments, and release management using Salesforce development best practices.
• Support technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvements across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Experience supporting or developing Collections-related functionality within a financial services or lending environment.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce platform fundamentals.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including data modeling, data ingestion, identity resolution, and unified individual profiles.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications and data sources using APIs.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing models, governor limits, and development best practices.
• Experience writing Apex test classes and supporting deployment processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or Data Cloud certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Flows, OmniStudio, or other Salesforce automation and customization tools.
• Familiarity with lending, consumer finance, debt management, delinquency management, or collections operations.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud integrations and data activation.
• Experience working in Agile development environments and using Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines.
