Salesforce CRM & Single LOS API Engineer

Role Overview

The Salesforce CRM & Single LOS API Engineer will develop and support Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions and integrate Salesforce with the Single Loan Origination System (LOS) and other enterprise applications. The role requires hands-on Salesforce development, API integration, and an understanding of customer and loan lifecycle processes in the BFSI/NBFC domain.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop, configure, test, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.

· Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce, Single LOS, and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

· Develop and troubleshoot Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows as required.

· Map data fields, handle API request/response payloads, and manage integration errors, retries, and logging.

· Work with business and technical teams to translate CRM and loan-process requirements into scalable solutions.

· Support data migration, validation, debugging, deployments, and production issue resolution.

· Follow Salesforce security, access-control, coding, and deployment best practices.

Required Skills & Competencies

· Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

· Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, and LWC.

· Practical experience with REST APIs; knowledge of SOAP APIs, JSON, authentication, and API testing tools such as Postman.

· Understanding of Salesforce objects, relationships, data model, profiles, permission sets, and sharing/security controls.

· Ability to troubleshoot integrations, review logs, and resolve data-mapping or API errors.

· Familiarity with Git or other version-control tools and Salesforce deployment practices.

Domain Requirement

· Prior experience in BFSI, NBFC, lending, or financial services is preferred.

· Understanding of customer onboarding, loan origination, KYC, credit, or customer-service workflows is an advantage.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

· 2–3 years of relevant hands-on Salesforce development and API integration experience.

· Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is preferred; Platform Developer II is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
