Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications based on business requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in Salesforce development, system integration, and platform customization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications.
• Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages as needed.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure application quality.
• Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and technical documentation.
• Follow Salesforce development standards and security best practices.

Job Qualifications (JQ)

• At least 4–5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and platform customization.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party system integrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, data modeling, and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools such as Flow Builder.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Salesforce Developer certification is an advantage.
