Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Development, Conga CPQ/Apttus CPQ, and Release Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions, managing integrations, and coordinating releases and deployments across multiple Salesforce environments.

The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform, experience with CI/CD processes, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and implement scalable Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Work on Conga CPQ/Apttus CPQ implementations, customizations, and integrations.
• Manage Salesforce release planning, scheduling, deployment, and coordination across multiple environments.
• Maintain Salesforce environments, including sandboxes and production environments.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Integrate Salesforce with external applications and enterprise systems.
• Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and deployment guidelines.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure application stability and performance.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, administrators, and other stakeholders.
• Support Salesforce platform enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 46 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development.
• Strong experience with Conga CPQ or Apttus CPQ.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce Release Management and deployment processes.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Good understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes for Salesforce deployments.
• Experience in Salesforce environment management and release coordination.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of Salesforce DX (SFDX) and source control tools such as Git.
• Experience with deployment tools such as Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience consolidating multiple Salesforce instances into a single enterprise instance.
