Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong technical background in Salesforce platform development, integrations, APIs, and emerging AI capabilities, including Salesforce Agentforce . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions that support business growth and digital transformation initiatives.

This role requires expertise in Salesforce customization, integrations with enterprise applications, optimization of existing Salesforce environments, and leveraging AI-powered automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, administrators, and cross-functional technology teams to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative Salesforce solutions.

Note: Candidates must have prior professional work experience in India.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development & Customization

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications and solutions.
• Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
• Develop scalable and reusable components following Salesforce best practices.
• Configure custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and process automations.
• Optimize existing Salesforce implementations for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Integration & API Development

• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Work with middleware platforms and integration tools to support data synchronization and business processes.
• Ensure secure handling of authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth and connected apps.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and implement solutions to improve reliability and performance.

AI & Agentforce Solutions

• Implement and support Salesforce Agentforce capabilities and AI-driven automation initiatives.
• Develop intelligent workflows and agent experiences that enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-enabled business improvements.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging Salesforce AI capabilities and best practices.
• Participate in the design and adoption of AI-powered business solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Quality, Security & Performance

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues.
• Maintain high standards of application security and compliance.
• Support Salesforce releases, deployments, and environment management activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, and support materials.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with business users and technical teams to gather and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and administrators when required.
• Support production issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform advancements, AI innovations, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
• Prior professional work experience in India is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.
• Experience developing and supporting Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governance limits.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment and release management tools.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II Certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce implementation and customization.
• Exposure to Einstein AI, Salesforce AI Cloud, or other AI-powered Salesforce solutions.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of MuleSoft or other enterprise integration technologies.
• Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture and cloud application design principles.
